Lyouba Assadourova

  • Website

Lyouba Assadourova was born in Varna, 1976. She spends 18 years in New York, after which she comes back to her home country.

She studies journalism for one year at Varna Free University ‘’Chernorizets Hrabar’’ and three years Journalism and Fine Arts at American University in Bulgaria (AUBG).

She specializes fashion design and production at Rachel Comey, Eugenia Kim and Alpana Bawa studios in the period 2004-2007.

She is founder and creative director of Nomad.ist. She also works as a freelancer in different spheres of design with studio bubalandia.

Lyouba Assadourova mission is to develop the conditions and quality of life through the focus of the human experience and in an answer of the needs. She works in the field of  graphic design, illustration, interior design, fashion, product design and urban design.

Her designs have been on covers of Rolling Stone, Paper Magazine, WWD, W Magazine and Complex Magazine.

Tommy Hilfiger, Pernod Absinthe, World Explorers, DaleView Brooklyn, Kalin Assenov, Shea Slemmer, Alabama State University, Smithsonian Museum.
