References: How to Fix Design

January 19, 2018

In our REFERENCES column, we share articles on design-related topics through criticism, tips, analyses, and overall  meaningful readings.

How To Fix Design appears in 99U – the media of probably the most influential and used design platform in the world Behance (both owned by Adobe). It covers the opinions of twelve leading designers and creative artists from around the world who share their opinion on current pressing design issues and how they think they could be resolved. Of course, this is a matter of many nuances, and in order not to be perceived as haughty, the author of the article determines his idea as follows: nothing in the design world is broken irrevocably, but there is always room for improvement. Questions like  is design too indulgent for its own good? Or maybe designers have trouble conveying their importance to clients? Or there is a lack of diversity within the industry?
